After your order is completed, an account will be created using the email address and password you provided during the purchase process.
Please try logging in by entering your email address and password on the login page. If you are unable to log in to your account, the error message displayed during login will indicate whether the email address or password is incorrect.
1. If the error message states, "We couldn't authenticate you with the specified email address and password. Please check your input."

2. If the error message states, "Account not found. Please check your email address."
→ There might be an error in your email address. Please search your own emails using the subject line "BASE FOOD | Account registration completed" to find the account created during registration. If you cannot locate it, please contact us at contact_sg@basefood.co.jp and provide the email address you used for login and the necessary information for identity verification (name, phone number, and address).
Note:
- For customers who started a subscription plan with Shop Pay, the email address registered with Shop Pay will be used as the login address.
- It is common for emails to not be received due to email settings, so please check the following help resources.
- Password reset emails will be sent from info@basefood.co.jp.
Please ensure that you have configured your email settings to receive emails from us.
- The password reset link is only valid in the most recent email.
If you have received multiple emails, please set your password based on the most recent email. Occasionally, it may take some time for emails to be delivered. In such cases, please wait a few minutes for the email to arrive.
