At BASE FOOD, when placing an order, you have the option to choose between "One-time Delivery" and "Subscription Plan."
If the product you received is part of a subscription plan (initial order with 20% off and subsequent orders with 10% off), a new order is automatically created every four weeks from the date of your initial order.
※ The start set with the initial 20% off is also considered part of the subscription plan.
Various changes or cancellations can be made through your My Page account. Please log in to access these options.
If you don't remember the password you set during your initial order, please request a password reset email.
2. Changes made to your subscription plan may not have been reflected:
Changes to the content of your subscription plan can be made until the day before four weeks from the order date.
Any changes made after that will be reflected in your subsequent subscription orders.
Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted after the order is confirmed.
