Regarding order cancellation and modification procedures:
Cancellations and modifications cannot be made after the payment process has been completed. Please check your email for further details.
For BASEFOOD subscription orders, you can cancel future orders through your account's My Page.
On your My Page, you can unsubscribe from the subscription by setting the quantity of all products to "0" and saving the changes. You can cancel the subscription at any time, but orders that have already been processed and paid for cannot be canceled. Once unsubscribed, no further orders will be created.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・Requests for changes to received products
・Missed changes or forgetting to cancel delivery dates for subscription orders
・Forgetting to modify the content of a subscription order
・Incorrect address or prolonged absence
