If there are any discrepancies in the quantity or contents of the delivered product compared to your order, we will resend the missing items. If there are any excess items, there is no need to return them. Please enjoy them. If you received more items than ordered, it may be due to duplicate payment, so please check your My Page for confirmation.

Please note that if you have already consumed the products, we may not be able to assist you. We appreciate your understanding. Additionally, for changes to the content of the subscription plan, they can be made until the day before the order confirmation date. Any changes made after that will be reflected in the subsequent subscription plans. If you make changes to the content of the subscription plan, please check the order details on your My Page.
